Profile of Terry Rogers, Attorney at Law
Terry Rogers has practiced law for more than 30 years, and dedicates his practice to representing injured people. His commitment to helping people through difficult times is evident in the personal one-on-one attention he provides to each client. He handles each case personally and ensures that his clients understand the legal issues and their options, so that they can make informed decisions. Terry takes great pride in the fact that most of his current clients are referrals from former clients.
Many of the cases Terry handles involve bicyclists and the issues they encounter with inattentive or aggressive motorists. Terry was himself seriously injured while riding his bike when a negligent driver turned in front of him. He collided with the car – flew over the top of the vehicle and landed on his head and shoulder. That experience has enabled Terry to understand what an accident victim goes through, and allows him to focus on his clients - personally handling every case, and providing the attention every client deserves. By remaining a small boutique law firm, Terry is able to provide the level of personalized representation necessary to handle cases successfully.
Terry grew up in Montana and Idaho, attended the University of Colorado, and graduated from Santa Clara University Law School. He started his personal injury practice in Boulder in 1990. Since then, he has helped thousands of clients obtain fair and just compensation. In addition to his law practice, Terry also serves on numerous boards and commissions. He was a founding member of the University Hill Neighborhood Association and has served on the Executive Committee and Board of Directors of the Colorado Trial Lawyers Association. He is a long-standing member of the Colorado Bar Association, and also serves on the Colorado Supreme Court Disciplinary Hearing Board, presiding over attorney misconduct disciplinary proceedings.
When he’s not advocating for his clients, Terry is active in the outdoors. He's an avid cyclist, skier, runner, and scuba diver, in addition to making time with his wife and two sons a priority.
